2. Product Information
Our figures are 3D printed and may require light post-processing by the customer, including the removal of support material and light sanding. All figures are shipped unpainted and are intended for hobby and game play use.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Sooner when possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification when it has shipped.
4. Returns & Issues
We stand behind our products. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work to resolve it.
5. Shipping
Buzz-Line ships within the United States. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers once an order has left our facility.
6. Custom Work

Buzz-Line and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website.

Our figures are 3D printed and may require post-printing cleanup, such as removal of support material and light sanding that was missed during printer removal. These are normal conditions and part of the preparation process before painting or gameplay use.

Email us at charles@buzzlinefigures.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Photos are always helpful.
Final Sale Items:
Because our figures are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind. But if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right—no hassle.
